How it works

From the first ticket to the financial report. Banquets, dinners, and benefit events run from the same system as your donors and volunteers.

A ticket page that sells itself. Guests pick ticket tiers on your event page, apply a promo code, and pay through CoolPay. Their tickets arrive by email with a QR code and Apple and Google Wallet buttons.
One database

One guest, one record. Linda buys two tickets, gets her wallet pass, is checked in and seated at Table 7, and gives at her table. Every step lands on the same donor record, with the deductible amount figured from each ticket’s fair-market value.
