  • Is the Love INC workflow built in?

    Yes. Requests, verifications, referrals, vouchers, needs met, service received, gap ministries, mentoring, programs, and classes are all part of the Outreach module. You set up your own lists, like request types and statuses, to match how your clearinghouse works.

  • How do we report to Love INC National?

    Run the Love INC Quarterly Report or Annual Report for the date range you need. They count your requests, needs met, volunteer hours, mentoring and class sessions, partner churches, and the adults and children served, and they print for your submission.

  • How do we keep track of our partner churches?

    Each church has its own record in Connect with its partner status, partner-since date, agreement, denomination, contacts, and history. Referrals can go to a church, a community organization, or a gap ministry.

  • How do we bring on volunteers and track their hours?

    Volunteers apply through a public online application, and your staff approve each one. Staff record time sheets one at a time or in batches, with mileage, track background checks and renewal dates, and run hours and service reports. Volunteers can also sign up online for event shifts.

  • What does Love INC pricing look like?
