What improved

Inbox was reshaped into a more focused conversation workspace with route-backed compose, client search, assignment counts, avatars, timestamps, and better long-message handling.
Staff can now start texts from client context and land on the right conversation from older links.
Scheduler settings are easier to scan with real tabs, filtered inactive locations and appointment types, and improved availability modals.
Notes, tasks, and contact highlights now show more useful recent context.

Fixes and polish

Contact phone display, date entry, task filters, and invalid timestamp handling were tightened.
Message sending now uses the organization's Twilio sender and resolves the correct SMS phone more consistently.
